Shipping Policy

USA Shipping:

- We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail.
- Shipments to AK, HI, PR, VI, GU, and AS take 4-8 days on average.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can vary greatly (normally 1-2 weeks). We ship within 48hrs via Priority Mail to Costal hubs. Give yourself more time around holidays.
- We offer an optional shipping insurance.

Canadian Shipping: 
We ship Canadian orders via DHL, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item. 

- TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND ALL CHARGES PLEASE READ BELOW.
- We ship within 48hrs of your purchase M-F.
- All of our pricing is in USD.
- Once shipped DHL/FedEx usually has your item to customs within two days.
- Please don't omit phone number or first name in checkout as it's needed for customs.
- We can't mark items as gifts or samples.
- We mark the item at the price you pay.
- Taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee. In some situations you may be asked to pay them upon delivery or you may be sent a bill.
- NOTE: On smaller items we offer USPS Priority Mail International as an option. Delivery time is normally 4-8 days depending on customs. However, over holidays it is dramatically delayed and we strongly recommend DHL/FedEx over these times. There is an optional shipping insurance for USPS.
